Purple carrots are all the rage at the moment, but I don’t really get it. My friend’s Dad thinks they keep him young, but I need more than one hand to count the number of times he’s lost his glasses - only to realise they were on his face… Anyway, I made a purple carrot cake using Donna Hay’s recipe because I did get swept up in the novelty of them. Yummo!
